SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by Drive AutoVanguard, a DBA of Driver Coverage Center LLC ("we," "us," or "our") and apply to any mobile phone number you submit to us through the Subscribe page on driveautovanguard.com. By providing your mobile number and separately opting in to one or both SMS categories on the Subscribe page, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

Our text messaging program delivers two distinct categories of messages, each requiring a separate opt-in:

• Account notifications. Transactional messages related to your subscription, including delivery confirmations for the Everyday Road Risk Guide, content access links, account verification messages, and replies to support requests you initiate.
• Educational updates. Recurring informational messages including seasonal driving insights, newly released checklists, and notifications when new informational guides are published. These messages are strictly educational and do not contain insurance quotes, offers, or solicitations.

2. Consent

You must expressly opt in to each SMS category by checking the applicable unchecked box on the Subscribe page. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving the Everyday Road Risk Guide or accessing any content on the Site, and you are not required to provide a mobile number to obtain any content.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the category you opted into. Educational updates are generally limited to no more than four messages per month. Account notifications are sent only in response to your activity.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received, depending on your wireless plan and carrier. Drive AutoVanguard is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

5. Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After you send the opt-out message, we will send you a single confirmation message and will not send any additional messages to that number, except as required to confirm the opt-out. To rejoin the program, complete the opt-in process again on the Subscribe page.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. No Sale or Sharing of Information

We do not sell, share, rent, lease, or transfer your mobile number or any other personal information to any insurance carrier, insurance agent, insurance broker, insurance marketplace, lead aggregator, or third-party marketer. Your information is used solely to deliver the SMS categories you opted in to and to operate the program.

9. Not Insurance

Drive AutoVanguard is an informational and educational publisher. SMS messages we send are for educational purposes only and do not constitute insurance advice, a quote, an offer, or a solicitation. Drive AutoVanguard is not an insurance company, agent, or broker.

10. Privacy

Information collected through the SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
